A single-swing solar gate operator kit assembled, configured and pre-programmed by The Gate Guy. The $2,195 price includes the equipment and preparation listed below.

Included in the kit

• One American Armor single-swing gate operator and control box
• One 25-watt solar panel
• One Victron solar charge controller
• One LiftMaster 850LM Security+ 2.0 receiver
• Two LiftMaster 811LM single-button remotes, programmed and tested

Assembly, configuration and pre-programming included

• Control-box assembly and internal wiring/connections
• Receiver integration with the gate control board
• Programming and function testing of both included remotes
• Victron charging-profile configuration after confirming the battery you will supply
• Bench testing to verify operator response and remote operation before shipment

What is separate

Battery, on-site installation, welding, gate modifications, trenching, additional field wiring and site-specific safety accessories are priced separately. Keypads, gooseneck pedestals and Cartell exit devices are not included in this kit.

Solar-panel mounting and final field connections are completed during installation. Final gate travel limits, obstruction sensitivity and safety-device testing must be completed on the installed gate. Pre-programming does not replace final installation and safety checks.

Power and compatibility

A compatible battery is required and is not included. The solar panel charges your separately supplied battery through the Victron controller; confirm the correct charging profile for that battery. This is a single-gate kit. Confirm your gate dimensions, weight, mounting arrangement, solar exposure and required safety devices before ordering. No daily-cycle or oversized-gate guarantee is implied.

Manufacturer warranty coverage

• American Armor operator: 3-year limited manufacturer warranty, subject to the manufacturer installation and use requirements.
• Victron charge controller: 5-year limited manufacturer warranty.
• LiftMaster 850LM receiver and both 811LM remotes: 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.
• Solar panel: the manufacturer warranty terms supplied with that component.

Each warranty has its own terms, exclusions and claim procedures. The American Armor operator warranty excludes improper installation/use, improper power supply, fire, flood or lightning, and does not cover labor to remove or replace defective parts. On-site installation services are separately contracted through The Gate Guy.
